How can I retrieve files if I accidentally deleted the 'wrong' Windows XP administrator account?

Yes, I am an idiot. Somehow I created an extra Administrator account on Windows XP, and deleted the wrong one, i.e., the one with all my precious files. My wife is going to kill me unless I can somehow retrieve them. Any suggestions? Aye caramba!
