  1. People lose 360 spaces when they switch ISP providers sometimes. It happens because the 360 space was created on the e-mail address the ISP provided, rather than a Yahoo account created & controlled by the user.

You will have to contact AT&T about your lost 360 space, to see if it can be reactivated. You can also try contacting Yahoo by clicking the button at the bottom of this page: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/re...   . When dealing with customer service, sometimes it's necessary to be persistent and aggressive. Ask to speak to supervisors and managers. You can also call 1-866-562-7219, 1-408-349-1572, 1-408-349-3300

    Hours: 8a-5p M-F (Pacific).

Other than that, set up a completely new account by going to any Yahoo sign-in page and clicking "Sign Up" on the lower right side (http://mail.yahoo.com , is preferred). Then, go to http://360.yahoo.com and activate the 360 space for that new account. Don't use your current account to create a new 360 space on.
