How can I retrieve photos from the recycle bin after it has been emptied?

You can restore them before u empty - but once u have emptied the bin they have gone for good!  hopefully u will have them somewhere else or have send them to family/friends maybe......

once you have empyed your recycle bin you can't get your photos back ever. inless you have stored them on the internet

You can't, unless they were backed up somewhere (floppy disk, USB stick, camera memory etc.)

Once you've emptied the bin, there's no way you can retrieve it.

You could try to physically remove your hard disk, place it in another computer and see if it appears again.  Heard that works
