How can I return a cell phone after it's reached it's return limit?

About a month and a half ago, I purchased my Nokia 5310 from T-Mobile to replace a stolen phone. About a month after the purchase the phone had worked fine, but then the complaints from other users about it restarting and freezing began to happen to my phone. Now it has become an extreme annoyance, and has destroyed my love for this phone. Now I want to know if there is any way I can return the phone for a different one and pay the difference?

  1. If your phone is not working perfectly, you should be able to take it to a Tmobile store and get it replaced.  Most manufactures have a 90 day warranty on the phone.  Tmobile's 30 day policy is mostly for the plan.  You have 30 days to cancel without the disconnect fees.
