How can I reuse last years halloween costume into something new?

Last year I went as the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland. I want to reuse the dress since I spent over $100 for the entire costume.

Any ideas what I could be OTHER than the Queen of Hearts?

why would you spend so much just for halloween? jeez.. hmm i have no clue! im sorry....

maybe sell it on ebay? or sell it to a friend that liked it last year.

Be like a medeval duchess if you get a new hat.

some gothic princess thing... Thats hard.. lol! see if it works for somebody from a movie that you like ( besides alice in wonderland)

I think you should turn it into a devil costume. Just add devil horns and tail and it will look really close to this costume.
