how can I rid skunk smell out of house?

you have to find out where it sprayed and use the following solution

1 liter (or quart) white vinegar OR 3% hydrogen peroxide (peroxide may cause bleaching)

1/4 c. baking soda

1 tsp. dish detergent (de-greaser)

Febreeze??  Open all the windows/doors.

If the skunk didn't spray inside the house, the just open up the windows, turn on all your fans/vents and let nature take it's course!  It will clear out in a couple of hours.  Air fresheners help also.
