How can I route my phone through my PC such that when the phone rings the sound on my PC is muted ?

Basically I wish to be able to listen to a streaming radio broadcast on my computer in my office but when a customer calls the radio mutes so that we sound more professional without pressing the mute button.

Whenever Someone calls me on Skype my computer sound is muted. I think it's annoying personally.

Its not possible, unless you are getting phone service through a computer program.  LIke Skype? I believe? Or call wave.
