How can I run a faster 40 time?

I am 15, I'm 6' foot 160lbs and I run a 4.6 40 yard dash, If anyone has any ideas in how to help me please respond

  1. This is going to be pretty generic since I'm tired..

    - Plyometric training,1-2x a week.

    - Weight training. Specifically, squats,calf-raises, clean & jerk and snatch.

    - Hill/Stair workouts

    - Resistance running (parachutes or pulling sleds)
