How can I save game,music,video from ps3 before sell?

Im plan to sell my ps3 so there is music, video, game, pic file are save into ps3 so I dont want to erase all of them i need to save them for get another ps3 80gb so how can I do that??? I cant sell ps3 because they have my file.. I need take all my file out of my ps3 to save for other ps3 80gb tell me how please

save them on a backup hard drive or flash drive.
