While running, my ankles become very sore. What can I do?

  1. active ankles work really well for me.


  2. You can strengthen them as you lay on the couch and watch tv. Pretend your toes are holding a paint brush and try to trace the alphabet with your foot. It will work your ankles and make them stronger.

  3. run lighter on your feet, so that u dont pound on the ground. or u culd run with the first half part of ur foot

  4. Put ice on ur ankles to keep the adreniline down , adreniline it collects in the joints that causses stiffness
