How can I save my online webshot photos to my computer?

Question

You used to be able to copy them but it won't allow that anymore. I'd like to upload my pictures, without having to pay for a premium membership. Any way without individually sending them to myself through e-mail?

You just can't save those pics independantly to your computer, without their software. Copyright issues are the reason.

You can try this: Locate the pic where it is saved in webshots, right click, open with...., and then open it in MS photo library or someother photo software. Once you are able to do that, then you open edit, delete the caption, put your own caption, and then re-save.

I am able to do this in Roxio version 10. I can also embed some of my own clipping into the webshots pics (such as - my pic. in front of a scenery or something like that so that it appears as though I went there) and personalize it.  In some cases, I put mine and my girlfriend's pic. in front of the scenery in a corner.

If you are a bit computer savvy, you can do it.

you can right click the picture and click save-image-as, then place it where you want to open the file.

go to the pic.

right click it,

and in the drop down list,

click "save as,"

and save it to your computer. :D
