How can I save my photo in 360 page?

Question

I have a problem,when I browse my photo,and select it,then click save,show my page without my photo.

My problem is just with this ID.

what can I do to solve it?

I think you are not going back to the edit page and putting the image into the primary postion in your 360. I am going to give you a step by by step on how to do this.. just go down my list and see if you have done all the steps and if you have then it is not your fault.. it is a yahoo bug and it will not be fixed any time soon friend.. they are working on a new platform profile for us and they are slow to do maintenance on our existing 360's especially with the id photos at the time..

okay here is your step by step.. check it off and see if you have missed a step.

Go to top of any of your 360 pages and you see the tool bar there..  choose your MY PAGE..

Look  above your id picture  there is  the option Edit Personal Photos.. click it

On the page that comes up click the browse option in any of the bottom three slots.. do not try to use the first one.. it does not work.

It will open a popup to your MY PICTURES file and choose a photo that is the jpg file format and not over 5 MB in size.

Go to the bottom of the page and click SAVE.

It will take you back to your MY PAGE where you click the Edit Personal Photos option once more and beside your uploaded picture or under it will be an option that says Primary ... click it and once again go to the bottom of the page and save it..

You are done.

If you wish to use this photo as your id photo here in Answers.. go to your Answers profile and click the edit my profile option and choose .. use my 360 id as my Answers id. and then save.

Try logging-out, then delete all temporary internet files, cookies, etc. then log back in.
