How can I save my pictures as jpeg but...?

Hi, I want to make my images look like this quality when I edit them w/ stuff on it. & those images are saved as JPEG, but I don't get how they don't loose the quality.

I want to make my images look like that, but I don't know how to.

Examples of what i mean:

How do you make your images look like that when it saved as jpeg?

Use photoshop so when u click save as put the quality bar to full

You need to save them in .png

use either photoshop, imageready or even PHOTOSCAPE and when u save them i\set the JPEG quality bar to 100%.

if u don't have photoscape. type it in google and u can download it for free. make sure it is the offical photoscape website.
