How can I see how many times a file has been downloaded from my group and who has downloaded it?

I'm the moderator of a group and have posted files I need others to see. How can I see if they have downloaded those files? I'd like to send reminders of the information out there, but don't want to send to all, just those who have not gotten the information yet.

I have never seen such a log that tells you who has opened or even been to what file, or downloaded what file. sorry. just send a calendar reminder which will in a friendly way remind those who haven't seen it.
