Hi, if you have an LIC policy then you can dial 1251 from MTNL and just follow the instructions.

For this you have to go to the branch office of the company from where you have taken the policy.

There are certain insurance companies who provides you IPIN with password by which you can access your policy if it is ulip ,you can s/w over ,see fund details etc
