How can I see who is calling me from a blocked ID number

Question

I get calls from a blocked ID phone number at all hours of the night, and I have a good hunch who it is. I don't want to simply block her from calling me. I want to know exactly WHO is calling me so I can press charges against her for harrassment. I called my cell phone provider *coughSPRINTcough* and the woman (with an accent which i could barely understand) said that they can not release the information to ME, but if a legal representative contacts them, they can release the information to THEM, revealing the phone number that has been blocked! I told her I don't understand why MY phone records are confidential to ME. She said something about the FCC. I don't think I should have to pay a lawyer for this "service." I don't want to pay for a service to find this information which I feel I am entitled to, since they are calling MY number. ARGH. Can anyone help?

OKAY HERE IS WHAT YOU DO CALL THE 311 NUMBER OR POLICE AND ASK THEM LIKE CAN YOU TRANSLATE WHO PHONE NUMBER IT IS IDUNNO THAZ WHAT MY FRENDS TOLL ME TO DOO

CAUSE SOMEONE KEPT ON PRANK CALLING ME BUTT AFTER A WHILE WEN I DIDNT PICK UP THE PHONE THEY STOPPED!!! I THINK YOU SHOULD TRY IT OR SIMPLY GO TO A POLICE STATION!!!

Well like you said you have to have solid proof of who's actually calling you at all hours of the night.. And honestly if it were me I'd turn my cell off at night and then that way if they call you you'll not be bothered while your sleeping?

I don't know how to get numbers that are blocked, never tried.. goodluck just the same~

well this is how it is with verison(sp) u go to their website and look up ur acount and you can look at yor call record
