I suppose you could consider it "fan mail". I'm not sure what to call it. I've drawn a picture of her and written a letter and would like to send it to her. When I was younger I sent the Queen Mum a birthday card for her 100th birthday.

  1. Go to the official website of Buckingham Palace at http://www.royal.gov/uk and click on Contact us at the bottom of the page where you'll find these suggestions:

You can write to Her Majesty at the following address:

    Her Majesty The Queen

    Buckingham Palace

    London SW1A 1AA

Please be aware that there may be a delay in responding to your letter owing to the increase in correspondence during the period of The Queen's 80th birthday.

You can also email The Queen through this web site. Please note that, due to the volume of messages received by e-mail, it is impossible to provide individual replies. If your message is personal or sensitive, or you would like to receive a reply, you should write to The Queen at the above address.

You can also peruse the other links on the site as suggested, but since you are sending a picture, the mail is the best way to send it.

  2. are you after a signed photo? haha

She gets hundreds a day. Her staff choose a selection for her to read.

During the summer she's living at Balmoral Castle on the Balmoral Estate in Aberdeenshire, Scotland
