How can I send a file that's big?

u can easily upload 400 mb of data

If you go to www.skydrive.com, Windows has a very easy way you can do this. First, you just upload your file, and then your friend can log in and get it.

You could host the file on a website like rapidshare.com or megaupload.com, then just send the link to whoever you're trying to send it to.  If you would rather not use a website, you could also attempt to send it through your instant messenger.  The load might be slower though.
