first send a pic to ur comp and reply with a pic..

It depends on the type of phone you have.  I have a Palm Treo.  I just send it as a JPG file to my email that I have set up on my phone, open it and save it.  But like I said, I don't know what kind of phone you have so I can't really tell you for sure.
