How can I send a text message to a costa rican cell phone from my verizon blackberry? Help!?

I need to send some texts to a friend in costa rica quickly (its a costa rica cell phone) and can't figure how to get the messages sent from my verizon blackberry - anyone have ideas? THANKS!

you can't do it the 011 506 is for calling someone in Costa Rica, but you can't text until all the cell phone companies get to Costa Rica that way to can call or text someone normal. (but you have to wait for the TLC so that way maybe the cell phone camponies could get there)

All you have to do it put in 011 + 506 (which is Costa Rica's country code) and then the number.
