How can I send emails to one of my groups without showing all the addresses on everyones copy? ?

I want to send the same email to many people in one of my groups but I don't want to have everyone's copy show 100 addresses. I just want their address to show.

email it directly to the person. get there personal email address, not their group one, and send it that way.
