How can I send gift certificates for a Pattaya hair or massage salon to a resident of Thailand

I would prefer to do this over the internet, if possible, since I am not currently in Thailand myself. List of sites would be helpful. Noticed that I am only interested in gift certificates for establishments in Pattaya. Thanks!

If you know pattaya and some people there, just call or email the establishments where you want the gift certificates from and ask them. Most of them are willing to do that and they also can mail the gift certificates to a thai adress for some extra bahts.
