How can I send photos that I have downloaded from my webcam to other people. I have tried unsuccessfully.?

from your webcam, you capture some pictures, and saved to file folder, from there you can attach as email, upload to online album like flickr or imageshack, from online you can use url link to email to other users where to view album, or or picture mail to mobiles if applicable,
