if your cell phone has a cord that connects it to your computer so you can do other things, then you can drag and drop to your cell phone. Or if not then attach it in an email to someone.

what i do is send a text from my phone to my email them go to my email hit reply and attach the pic and send it

check the manual guide for options, one is to use picture email, from phone to phone, another is using usb cable to computer, some have wireless uploading capability, another is through online services with photo company service or other,

You could probaly use bluetooth the bluetooth thing I use is called belkin. But my mums old phone has a cord that you need to plug into the computer.
