How can I send the output signal of my digital sat box to other tvs in the house.?

I still use the coax in my house for basic local cable and internet. I think I can buy something to rebroadcast the sat box on a high un-used channel over the coax in my house.

I've found several on ebay that claim to do this. But I don't trust ebay anymore.
