How can I set a BuyOut price on eBay?

OK, I am new to eBay and I don't know how to set a Buy now price thing, all I know is how to place it for people to bd, but how do you set a buyout/buynow price???

On ebay you have to have a certain feedback score to set a buy it now price. I believe it's somewhere around 10 feedback scores before you can start using buy it now.
