How can I set it up to be notified if a group member leaves my group?

  1. Go to the "Member" list of your group's site and then click on "Moderators" (this is where the owners are listed too but with a blue star next to their ID to show ownership of the group).  Then look for your Yahoo Group info and click on "Edit Membership" and then look for a section that says, "Notify me of when new members join the list".  Check that box and click "Save".  Shortly thereafter you should get notices in your e-mail's inbox about new members to your group.


  2. log onto homepage of group- top middle click edit membership- scroll to very bottom and check all or some:

    * Notify me when a member joins/leaves this group or there are new files in the Files area. <----

    * Notify me when there are pending messages, photos or memberships which require approval.

    * Notify me when there are pending messages which have been identified as possible spam.

    click save changes
