How can I set my Canon sd870 to take smaller pictures. I have to change each one separately?? 3264 too large?

Hit '' func/set '' button, the image quality set function will appear on LCD  then on the bottom line selecte on '' s '' it mean small and hit '' func/set '' again, its done.

Check your Menu settings...there's a setting for Image Quality/Size or some such. But I always shoot at max resolution...it's better to have a high-quality image and not need it, than to have a smaller, lower-quality image and wish I could print it out. I can always up-res it later, but you lose some in the translation...
