  1. 1. Right click the start button

    2. Click "Open all users"

    3. Double click "Programs"

    4. Double click "Startup"

    5. Drag a shortcut for your browser in there (if it's on your desktop, you can right click and drag it and a menu will appear that will say "copy")

    6. Make sure Yahoo! is your homepage

Edit: To all the people who say you can't do it, you don't know what you're talking about.  Also, the asker did not ask how to set their homepage, they asked how to start their browser every time the computer boots up.  Everything in the startup folder will launch on boot up, that is what my solution explains how to do.

  2. On your browser page

    Tools, internet options, general

  3. at the top of the explorer browser there are a list of commands...file, edit, view...ect.  Go into the "Tool" command and scroll down to the very last option..."Internet".  Click that and you will get an options screen in grey...the first thing it has on the top is used to set your homepage.  Either type in the website or if you are on Yahoo already just click "use current web page".  Then go down to the bottom and click "apply" and it's done.  After that when ever you want to return to your main page just click the little house on your tool bar at the top...and every time you open explorer it will open Yahoo.

  4. Well, actually I don't think you can't. All you can do, however, you can set it to go there each time you open the Internet. Go to Control Panel, Network and Internet Settings, and type in the address in the text block in front of you.
