How can I set up a group so that it requires two owners/moderators to be able to delete the group not just 1?

well, you cant really. you mean sort of like requiring two keys to enter a safety box? you cant.

adding owners to the group will give that person as well as any owner defaulted all priviledges, and any one of you can delete a group and not require the other's. you cant change that.

Moderators are alowed and given up tp nine priviledges by owner, one priv is delete the group and if a Mod has that priv, they can delete the group w/o the knowledge of any owner.

my best advice is to have one owner, and moderators w/o the ability to delete the group.
