How can I shrink a PE uniform

i have a PE uniform that is thick and navy blue on the outside yellow on the inside. The top and the shorts are too big!! They are an adult large. How can i shrink them to maybe a small. So that they fit snugger and are a little shorter!! thanks

Well, it really depends on the material. If they're cotton (wich they probably are) launder them in hot water and tumble dry them at a medium-hot temperature. That MIGHT shrink thm a bit, but probably not to the point where they would fit you better if you want a drastic change.

To make the shorts shorter, it would be best to hem them. If you're not skilled with a needle and thread, have either your mom, friend, or a tailor do this for you. The same can be done with the shirt, at least with the sleeves and bottom hem. Making it less baggy would be a greater challenge. Hope this helps!
