How can I shrink a cotton shirt one size?

Question

I have a shirt that's a bit loose on me so I'd like to shrink it. If I put it in the dryer on regular heat instead of low will that do it?

wash it in hot water and dry it

wash it in hot water & dry it in the dryer on high heat. good luck i hope it comes out perfect for you!

I have to do this all the time...

First get the shirt wet completely and wring it out... you could also just wash it. Then, put it in the dryer on high heat by itself for a full cycle.

This should definitely work!
