How can I shrink the rubber skin for my Blackberry Pearl?

I've had it for a while and it stretched out so now it looks like c**p on my phone. Any ideas on how to shrink it back to its old shape?

Rubber absorbs oils from your skin and other sources which causes it to expand. You could theoretically use a solvent to remove the oils but it's very unlikely they'd come out uniformly, and the poor thing would end up more distorted and unattractive than it is now. Best just to replace it.
