How can I shrink these new t-shirts?

Would it be better to wash them on the Hot/Cold cycle or the Warm/Warm cycle. One is about a size too big and 100% cotton, the other is about a half size too big and 90% cotton /10% polyster. Thanks!

Since the warm/warm cycle is designed to AVOID shrinkage of cottons, you should use the hottest water cycle you have and then cool it off quickly.

warm warm cycle and put them in the dryer for extra  long

Try boiling them.  That's the best way.
