How can I shrink this shirt?

It's 93% cotton and 7% spandex, I bought it in my size and it's too big though. I tried washing it in hot water and leaving it in the dryer for an hour. Is there anything else I can try to get this shirt to shrink?

why don't you return it and get a smaller size?

if you dried it on high, there's really nothing more you can do.  the spandex is probably keeping it from shrinking.

soak the shirt in hot water then put it in dry without ringing it out then put dryer setting on towels for long as it will let you. That should work.

Just take a laundry pen, and change the size on the label.

the spandex is there mainly to keep the cotton from shrinking so its going to be really hard to shrink it but if your put it in cold water in MIGHT shrink a little bit. if it says pre-shrunk youre never going to get it to shrink. and fyi shirts tend to not shrink that drastically that they change their size
