I recently got a new mattress set and it's great! I sleep more soundly now (I used to wake up several times in the night on the old mattress).The problem is that now I wake up after about 6 hours of sleep and I can't go back to sleep. I think this 6 hours of good sleep is equivelant to the 8 hours of not-so-good sleep I got before, but it's not good enough. I still have bags under my eyes and I still get tired during the day. How can I sleep soundly for 7-8 hours or go back to sleep after waking up?**No drugs please.
