  4. takes a lot of will power and support, try finding a hobbie or something to take your mind off it, buy packets of sweets that you can suck on to keep you occupied or when you feel the urge to smoke make a sammich

  5. Start working out at a gym. keep yourself busy! Don't go were others are smoking. Until you get over the urge. When you get upset you will think you need a smoke but tell yourself no I do not need to smoke! Work out that's how I quit!

  6. When ever you get the urge to smoke chew gum or wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it. Haha Either or.

  7. Definetly you just have to "do it". I did it with no help.My husband used Chantix. I got help from replacing my bad habit with good ones. I would floss or brush my teeth when I felt the urge to smoke. Never hurts to floss and have a clean healthy mouth. It helps get rid of the smoker's breath and thick spit feeling from smoking. you know what I speak of if you are a smoker.Good luck!

COLD TURKEY IS BETTER THAN A COLD EARLY GRAVE, JUST QUIT, JUST STOP AND THINK ABOUT IT, YOUR NOT GIVING UP ANYTHING YOU ARE GAINING BY GETTING YOUR HEALTH BACK, LOOK AT THE OLD MEN AROUND YOU WHO ARE COUGHING UP LUMPS OF LUNG AND WHO CAN BARELY WALK WITHOUT OXYGEN TANKS AND SOUND LIKE WHEEZY OLD STEAM ENGINES - JUST STOP BEFORE ITS TOO LATE BECAUSE THE DAMAGE CREEPS UP SLOWLY , BUT SURELY AND DESTROYS YOU BEFORE YOU REALISE IT - ITS YOUR LIFE SO ENJOY IT TO THE FULL AND DONT FILL YOUR BODY WITH TOXINS THAT WILL SLOWLY KILL YOU - DIE YOUNG AND PAINFULLY OR LIVE LONG AND PROSPER - GOOD LUCK

  10. Make the decision to quit, and stick to it. I stopped after smoking for thirty years and it wasn't as bad as I imagined it would be. I haven't smoked for six years now, the last one I had a week after stopping made me feel so ill I though I was going to faint. That memory stops me from lighting up again.
