How can I sneeze correctly . . . . . . ?

When I sneeze, I pinch my nose. Then I learned that that can harm your brain and eyes. Where am I supposed to sneeze? When I do it into my elbow, snot gets all over my shirt. I don't want to get it all over my hands either. Mind you, this is in the case that I don't have a Kleenex near me.

Anyway you look at it, sneezing is pretty gross. But I usually sneeze into the inside of my shirt at my neckline. It keeps it contained and if there is a spray, at least no one can see it. It would feel pretty gross, though.
