How can I snoop and find out the truth?

I was with a guy on and off for the last 2 years who said he was divorced. I recently saw a picture of his so-called ex with a newborn child that looks the image of him. I just want to know if he was still married when I was with him even though he said he wasn't or if hes back with her.

have 1 of your g/f come on to him  somewhere see what he does but dont tell him

Maybe you should ask him about it.. tell him you saw the picture and that it raised some suspicion. Don't snoop though, if he finds out then he'll stop trusting you. Be honest.
