Question:

How can I speed up healing on a cut to the p***s?

Hi all,

A little embarrassing, but I need so guidance on this issue. I was having s*x with my girlfriend a couple of days ago when I felt a tear with excruciating pain with lots and lots of blood.

I had a large tear just under my p***s, on the piece of skin that connects the f******n to the head. I've been applying Sudacrem for a couple of days but the wound still opens (though the bleeding has lessened). Is there any way I can speed up the healing process? It's very painful, and the wound seems to open at the slightest touch, even becoming aroused and erect pulls the wound open, so you can imagine my frustration.

Can anyone help?

  1. Try your best not to bother the f******n until the wound at least heals enough where it won't open at little things like stated. Keep applying the cream to the area and just leave it be. Try not to become aroused and explain to your girlfriend the pain you're in. She'll understand, I'm sure. Hope this helps.

  2. stop using the cream! it's probaly the worse thing you could put on it and is probably prolonging the healing.

the p***s is a very good healer and should heal within a few days to a week.

i would suggest using a salt water soak, as others have suggested.  either submerse your p***s in a glass of a salt water mixture or wrap is in damp clothes that have been soaked in the salt water.

you should heal up very quickly just stop putting creames or ointments on it.

  3. Whoa! Seriously, how did it happen? (the cut I mean) btw… are you circumcised?

  4. It sounds like you tore your frenulum (see link).  There are a few things you can do.

If at all possible, avoid moving your f******n as much as possible (so no s*x and no masturbating).  The only time you should retract your f******n is during a shower/bath when you're going to clean underneath.  It might be a good idea not to use soap when doing this.  When you're done, gently pull back your f******n and dry the area carefully with a towel.  Then apply an antimicrobial cream such as Neosporin (I'm not sure if Sudacrem is such a thing or not).  You can apply this antimicrobial cream 2-3 times a day if you wish.  If you want, you can put a small band-aid on the area to prevent it from moving around even more (if the band-aid's small enough).

It should heal in about 2 weeks.  Until it fully heals, be sure to abstain from moving the f******n as much as possible.  It should heal pretty quickly.  The next time you have s*x though, it might be a good idea to use a little extra lube and go a bit gentler.

If things don't seem to improve in 2 weeks, it's a really good idea to see your doctor then.  I hope this helps!

  5. I would go see a doctor. Also, try not to get aroused. When you do, it will stretch out the cut. Try not to have s*x and try a band aid. As weird as that sounds. Just make sure to cover it up, don't get aroused. When you pee, Slowly move your p***s.

    Go see a doctor.

  6. Vaseline. Plain old petroleum jelly. It is what dermatologists use even for major skin tears or wounds.  And keep yourself limp for a few days.

  7. I once has a cut at the base of my p***s and I put a lot of vaseline around it, especially around my pubic area so everything would heal faster. Vaseline is the key to healing.

  8. In all seriousness, you could try applying Neosporin and a bandaid. It would also be a good idea to avoid s*x until it heals and wear form fitting underwear so it doesn't flop around in your pants.

  9. Try a doctor it is embarrassing but a doctor has confidentiality and you will be better off seeing one.

  10. dude see a doctor. it may be embarrassing but you really should.

  11. soaking in salt water would make the most sense.  It will heal faster and prevent infection.

  12. Stir one teaspoon of salt into (1) cup of warm water & soak it until the water turns cold.  Do this (3) or (4) times a day to promote healing.

    (Do it like Dunkin Donuts.)

  13. Consider switching from what you're now using to the Neosporin.  The cleaning you're apparantly doing with the current medicine is just an added irritant to the injury.

Try wearing briefs/boxer briefs.  I find I have fewer random erections when I wear them instead of boxers.

If you don't see improvement in a few days, you need to make the extra effort to see your doctor.

  14. I know exactly what you're talking about. I used to have the same problem but I wasn't having s*x when I did. You're f******n wasn't yet able to retract, and with the stretching you ripped your frenulum, which is a piece of skin that attaches the f******n to the p***s, just like if you life your tounge up and you feel that skin that connects it to your mouth. I would have told you to do gentle stretching exercises on it, where you softly pull it a little and hold it there just to help it stretch out, but because you have ripped it I'd say go to the doctor and let him see it, he'll give you real advice and maybe give you some creams and so on, let him advise you, he knows what to do more than I or anyone else on here does. Good luck
