How can I start 'waterboarding'? Is it like surfing? Why does Pres Bush like it so much?

Where can I do it? Ocean or water? What kind of equipment do I need?

You can wakeboard anywhere that has water deep enough to use a boat in literally. I wakeboard in the ocean and in freshwater.  But in the ocean you have to have calm conditions and not choppy conditions.  As for equipment, all you need to get is a decent wakeboard(CWB is my favorite), a towrope, a lifejacket, and of course a boat or possibly a jetski to pull on the water.  For info on getting up and stuff just search this website for that because i know i've answered tons of those questions.

you start with your feet in the bindings and with your knees bent and arms bent like in a ball and let the boat pull you up.... pres bush?
