How can I start a Computer Cafe?

I want to start a computer Cafe in city ,Then I want it to upgrade it as a computer Institute what i required like material , mainpower, certificates, etc. Please Tell .

make sure you have enough money to run the business. For some countries, approval from the Ministry of education is arequired if you need to open an Institute.

If you have not run a business before, a good strategy would be to go to work for someone already operating a computer cafe.  That way you would see first hand what how to solve day-to-day problems and challenges.

Even better - find someone with a computer cafe who is looking to sell their business - then you have the advantage of an existing client base.
