How can I start a band when i am only in 8th grade?

I really enjoy music and I play guitar ( Elc. Acc. Class.) Lead or rythem, and i can sing. So I thought to myself that I should start a band, i have all the right stuff, the place, the mic and amps, but the problem is that I cant find anybody to jam with. I have 1 friend who is a drummer and he is good so i thought ok he is in, and a friend who plays bass but sucks so i am still thinking on that one. So I guess i have two people and I could be just like Blink-182 but Idk how to write any songs. I figure i should keep it related to my age, which i am in 8th grade, so how do i write a song and send a cd out to a record company?

haha no im totally jk (: I just graduated 8th grade! umm. maybe you could hold auditions fer like the other thingys, and then find kids yourr age to be in your band and then make one good song and like send it in i guess im not really good at this stuff sorry hunn i tried :]
