How can I start a citizen's initiative of law?

If I'm understanding you correctly you want to know how to push legislation through.  One way is to contact every elected official in your didstrict.  Let them know what you are proposing.  Then get a petition of people who would support it.  Include addresses, or at least zip codes.  That way they know that these are constituants.  Represent your case, this time with the backing of other voters.  I hope this helps.

Recruit volunteers who are knowledgeable about how to most effieciently and effectively go about it.  Go to a college young democrats or republicans website that is close to your locationa and I am sure they would help you with your initiative if it has merit
