How can I start an ice cream truck business?

My friends and I want to buy an ice cream truck and sell ice cream in our neighborhood. Any advice or tips? We don't know where to start...

And...yeah we're on a teenage budget so we can't do anything really expensive. And what are the regulations on selling food in New Jersey? Thanks!

You will need a food handler's license. Just make sure kids have the money and pay you before you give them the ice cream. Too many times I've handed kids product and they run without paying.
