How can I start the c.d rom drive when the icon is missing?

I'm trying to install new Norton software and there is no icon in my computer or anywhere to start the d**n disc. The c.d rom drive is still listed in the device manager but no way to launch it. Help

Go to ..start..>.computer >look for the drive there should be an icon of it there double click on it, it should run the software.
