I'm always very sad in school. I have friends, I laugh a lot and smile but I'm always miserable. And when I get home I can only think of how much I don't want to go the next day. At night, especially Sunday nights, I get very depressed and feel sick and useless.
Now that summer is ending, these feelings of dread are coming back. There are no homeschooling options in my area, so I'm looking for something like anti-depression medication...but not medication. I know I couldn't get it.
Are there any things I could eat, drink, or use in some way to just make me happy?
It's really taken a toll on me. My health and mentality. I'm going into Junior year so I only have two more years...
Has anyone else suffered like this, too?
