  1. If I were you I'd do the Sedona Method technique.  You can learned this technique through their expensive tapes, but also through their book "The Sedona Method" like I did.  I purchase the book a few years ago off amazon, second-hand, for about $3.00 and was absolutely blown away -- it's a powerful miraculous technique is all I can say.  It should be taugh in every school and preached on Oprah.

    Good Luck my friend.

  2. There's a lot of ways to do it from white knuckling it to hospitalization but the quickest/easiest/best way(if there is such a thing) is attending AA and following the suggested program.

It is always a hard road but well worth the travel.

  3. idk uhh maybe dont drink alcohol?

  4. Don't hang around people who drink in front of you.  Make sure you're friends and acquaintances are aware of your situation, and try to get them to understand.

I don't drink in front of people who aren't drinking for any reason unless they say it's okay.

  5. if you have to drink dont drink something with a high alcohol level if you are drunk already eat chips or bread something with grain. you can always do the self vomit trick as well.

  6. When you're drinking be sure you have eaten something before, and from time to time eat something salty, you will stay sober even if you are a litle bit drunk and you want to clear you mind a little, drink mineral water

  7. Seriously, I would steer clear of this section as certain 'people, places or things' can be a trigger (to wanting to drink).  I would suggest at least attending AA (alcoholics anonymous) meetings (they're free) and perhaps consider outpatient treatment (a detox facility if get withdrawal symptoms as alcohol can have dangerous withdrawal including seizures, psychosis/break from reality and even death) program to deal with the issues that led one to drink in the first place.  Just fyi, if one doesn't have health insurance, some programs have 'charity care' or state funding for those that qualify.

Certain AA meetings have different amounts of recovery and one may want to go to several different ones to find out which one they prefer.  There are 'beginner' meetings for those that have never (or a couple times) been to one to talk about the program and '12 steps' to recovery.  (The first one admitting that one is powerless over their drinking alcohol.)

  8. dont drink

  9. i ask myself that often

dont drink smoke or do drugs!

  10. Don't drink is a great answer, but if you are going to drink here's what I do: Drink a beer, follow it with a diet coke (or regular if you don't like diet). After every two beers, eat. If you can't eat anymore, then you are so full it slows down the drinking.

If you are a liquor person, order mixed drinks in a "tall glass." Same amount if liquor, but more of the coke which dilutes it. Use the same separation, one liquor drink with coke, then one without. Have them bring it in the same glass. No one will be the wiser.

  11. RUN!!!

Buy a pair of Nike shoes, an iPod nano and Nike+.

Run like Forrest Gump and liberate those endorphins after a 3 mile run, every other day for 6 months.

    It works!!!
