How can I stop an unwanted txt msg (y-alert) from going to my granddaughter's phone?

She is a child getting daily unwanted y-alerts regarding sports and these unwanted txt messages frighten her. Please help!!!!

Unfortunately, this happens all the time. Somehow, a subscription service was assigned to her phone number/ account either by using another subscription service (Jamster or another ringtones service is most likely). Call your phone service carrier's customer service number and thaey will help you block the subscription service.
