How can I stop being such a picky eater and learn to eat healthier?

I am probably just about the pickiest eater you have ever met in your entire life.

I don't like meat, fish, poultry, eggs, milk, orange juice, salads... the list goes on. My mom has been nagging at me to eat better because I'm not getting enough nutrition, but I just don't like the foods that provide that.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do or eat to get the right amounts of proper nutrition?

  1. Muscles need protein & The hearts a muscle. Remember that next time you turn down fish, poultry or eggs.


  2. You just have to open your mind and do it, you can use spices and such to adjust the taste of meals to your liking.  You never know you may actually find some foods you love if you just try new things.
